Eleven PM. Brain officially offline. Opened this thing on autopilot while waiting for instant noodles.
Three minutes later the noodles were cold and I'd played five rounds.
There's something about the way cards snap into place. That little "click" when you drop one on the right pile. Your fingers keep moving but your head's completely empty. Best kind of empty.
The green felt background hits different. Feels like 2003 again, hiding Solitaire behind Excel at work. Except now it's on my phone at 1 AM, 8% battery, telling myself "just one more game."
Won a round yesterday. Cards exploded everywhere like confetti. Didn't even smile. Just hit restart. That's the vibe.
